Egg Tempera Painting
I snapped several photos of Mae holding Lia in her arms on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in our living room. I then began on the painting Saturday, December 3, 2017, and after multiple starts and stops, completed this painting on Saturday, June 17, 2017. This is the first time ever painting in egg tempera, I had to learn a lot along the way, and this technique takes a lot of patience to see it through to completion.
